Processing Your Return
If you are not satisfied with your UNA Beauty purchase, you can start the returns process.
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, but please note that return shipping costs are not covered.
If your refund is approved, please allow 14 working days for the amount to be credited back to your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, as skincare and beauty products can have different results for everyone.
Additionally, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders, including those shipped to New Zealand.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in our shipping process, but if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
If your item is damaged, please take a photo and email us with your order number within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition—we cannot issue refunds for products that have been used.
